Service outage, Sept 26th 2011

There was a short service outage on 26th September 2011, around 4:05pm GMT. All services were down for about 30 minutes. All services are now back up.

The HTTP cache layer went down and needed to be restarted.

Emergency maintenance complete. All services are now back up.

Emergency maintenance took approximately 50 minutes. There were intermittent problems with the HTTP cache layer and one server was replaced.

We sincerely apologise for the downtime and any inconvenience caused.
